Signs of Change was founded in 1972 by Rex and Michele Wilt in Amarillo, Texas. Jimmy Barnes joined the company as a partner in 1995. Mr. Barnes acquired the Amarillo location in 2002. Rex and Michele Wilt remain as the management of the Dallas location which opened in 2001. It is a full-service design, survey, permitting, manufacturing and installation facility for signage and school graphics.
