Material Distribution – Midland stocks large inventories of sheet, rod, tubing and profiles in a wide variety of plastic types, among them acrylic, polycarbonate, polyethylene, ABS, polypropylene, PVC and styrene.
Custom Manufacturer – We produce high-quality, custom plastic component parts utilizing advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CNC routing, machining and milling technologies. We also use traditional hand processes, like heat bending, to produce high quality fabricated parts.
Forming Division – Midland manufactures parts using vacuum, pressure and ridge forming technology. To ensure consistent, accurate and efficient trimming and routing of formed parts, we use robotic-like 5-axis routers to enhance our forming processes.
We are one of the oldest, and largest, plastic suppliers in the Midwest. Founded in 1945 as a distributor of stock plastic shapes, we have expanded into custom manufacturing and fabrication. In the 1960’s, we added vacuum forming to our production capabilities and have expanded that division to include pressure-forming.
In addition to our headquarters in New Berlin, WI, a Milwaukee suburb, we also have branch locations in Green Bay, Madison and Wausau, WI.; Rockford, IL.; and Davenport (Quad Cities), IA.
