My experience with Vital Signs was a very positive one. All the people involved were very professional and easy to work with. A bit more expensive than it's competitors but I was definilty happy with the end result.

When I first called Vital Signs because of a recommendation form one of their customres, Steve immediately came out to my business to meet with me to assess our needs. He e-mailed me a sample and price quote soon after. The work they did for me was very professional and high quality. They were prompt and very easy to work with. Support staff is also very courteous. We have done additional business with Vital Signs since that time and will continue to do so in the future.

I think Vital Signs has really captured the feel of our business with our sign. They took great care to design a sign that both match our office and our industry. All-Star service and quality product for a high-profile art project. When needing to find an output service to reproduce my artwork for an exhibit in conjunction with Pittsburgh hosting the MLB All-Star game, the decision with Vital Signs was a clear winner! Challenged with having to match pre-cut wood bases and produce a museum quality outdoor prints, the final product was far superior than I had imagined. The ability to turnaround under a tight deadline was also a plus. Highly reccommended, ... will definitely do business with again.

When converting our hotel from a Wyndham to a Marriott, we needed many types of signs and banners. Steve was ALWAYS there to assist. He really halped us out with very short turn around times on our signage. Steve never had a problem coming to the hotel on very short notice to get a first hand look at what we needed. I would use Vital Signs again in the future for my sign needs.

We had a very positive experience with Vital signs. Their staff was very patient with our artwork changes, and resizing requests, and responded very quickly to requests for information when I was trying to obtain a sign permit. When our township office lost the original permit application, they were just as responsive to provide the same information to me over again. We couldn't be happier, and the final result looks great!
