First time I worked with Christine. She engaged me right away, walked me through what she could do. I expected a little more feedback when I spoke to her. In the past, Lilly has given me suggestions and provided great input, this time I was doing all that. It could be as simple as she has not worked with me before...the customer is always right, but you are the experts!
