Hamid and his team are wonderful to work with. I'll be adding them to my network of installers as they've proven themselves to be an asset in the lower Midwest region. We've worked on a few projects together and still have a couple more to go in that area. The more we work together, the easier it becomes.

I had a good experience with SW Signs for a small maintenance and survey job I had. They were quick to mobilize and return the data I needed. However, Hamid seems more interested in selling his services for larger projects in the future, and trying to get me to promote him across my company, than letting his work speak for itself. I understand that he sub-contracts the majority of the actual field work which is somewhat acceptable on small maintenance and survey jobs but would raise several concerns on larger projects that would require extensive and immediate communication between the project manager (me) and the boots on the ground. I see that others on this site and within my own company have raised similar concerns and some even have horror stories about how this practice has damaged their relationships with their clients.

In conclusion, SW Signs' ability to mobilize quickly on small maintenance and survey jobs makes them valuable for those types of projects but I would be very hesitant to hire them for anything that would require larger crews and/or equipment for multiple days.

Southwest Signs is very responsive to my requests for sign surveys and provide adequate survey information. If anything is missing from the survey, they do make the effort to go back and get the additional information we need. They also perform installs for our company. I am not involved in installs so I cannot answer to their work. Overall, I would use Southwest Signs for any work I have in the Texas area.

Hamid and his crew stepped in on a Friday evening and took on a weekend project that had to be completed by 10am Monday morning in Farmers Branch, TX. They hand dug and poured the footers on Saturday and attempted to move the Drive thru canopy per my customers request on Sunday but due to the weather it did not allow them to move it so his crew was out on site early Monday morning and completed the project to my customers satisfaction. Hamid went above and beyond to ensure my customers satisfaction. I will be contacting you again for any projects in the Texas area as I was more than pleased with the progress that Hamid and his crew made for me.

I found Hamid on a Saturday morning at about 9am after searching online for sign installers in Frisco, TX. Not only was he available he was more than happy to help me with a rush sign install. After working hard for 24 hours to help me we were able to get an installer on location and get the sign done100%. I was a bit surprised at our experience with Hamid given the number of positive feedback comments on his Sign Search page. We did 2 projects at the same time with Hamid, during which I learned more than I wanted about him and his 'company'. Hamid does not have his own crew. Everything from bucket truck work to digging, concrete and electrical was sub-contracted out to a number of different workers. We were not allowed to have direct contact with those workers unless Hamid conference called them. This was an issue as communication was not prompt and at times Hamid was not on-site or even in town during the installs. For both installations Hamid tried to negotiate (up) the price after accepting the job. Our clients who were on site became very concerned at the lack of leadership and coordination between the various contractors when unexpected errors occurred. Requests for payment were made via invoice and phone call from Hamid the very day work was completed. If he was as on-top of his 'workers' and project details as he was payment, both would have gone much better. To this date we have been waiting on touch-up paint to be applied at the 2nd location. Despite phone calls, text and email I have not heard from Hamid in 8 days. We will not reuse and do not recommend.
