I've done business with this team for my retail needs, and in the several projects the results have always been stellar. Print jobs, signs, mugs, all wonderfully done and with courteous service. I highly recommend !

I like the quick professional attitude of its employees. I had zero issues or delays in getting my service taken care of. Also, their dedication to getting a project correct is outstanding. I noticed they missed a particular unimportant part of how I wanted my signs facing and when I mentioned it the installer would not take my acceptance of the matter as it was and redesigned all the signs to meet my request without hesitation on the property with little to no delay. This is a company that cares about what there customers want. Thanks you for that Fast Signs b/c that is a dying trait in todays business world. Look forward to doing more business with you.

Fastsigns should change their name to Take your time and do it right signs! I am very unhappy. I chose to give a local printing company my printing jobs versus online competitors because I wanted that professional and accurate in-person experience. However, customers have to proof every aspect of their work. FastSigns provides absolutely no proofing on their end. I had to approve proofs online a task I was trying to avoid in order to avoid errors. Fastsigns had my business phone number correct on 1 of 3 items (same work order). I provided Fastsigns with my correct business phone number evidenced by them getting the number correct on the larger print job. However, on the two smaller printing jobs e.g., my business cards and letterhead my phone number was off by one digit. When I finally discovered the error, months later (who knows how much business I lost out on) they offered to re -do the job at 1/2 the cost!!!! What about the lost revenue from phone calls that were never received? How am I compensated for the lost time on networking handing out the wrong business phone number! How do I get compensated for that? THEIR DISCLAIMER RELEASES THEM FROM ALL LIABILITY OF THE ACCURACY OF THEIR WORK ACCORDING TO THEIR OWNER. This was an expensive $800-something work order. If you're a busy professional looking for customer service, get your printing jobs done elsewhere. If you chose to go there, be prepared to go over your order with a fine tooth comb cause they do not care if your information is accurate for YOUR marketing campaign. Finally, to top things off we used our business cards to ensure we had the right number thinking the phone number was accurate on the business card, so other marketing campaigns also became a bust!

My favorite spot for ALL my business signage!! The sweetest family owned business and they always come through with amazing product. I constantly get compliments on my business cards. Can't say enough good things about Fastsigns NW!!

This was the most efficient, fast, and friendly business experience I've had in a long time! Stephanie & Chuck were a great team and you could tell by their facility that they do a LOT of business, yet had a very small town feel to my interaction with them. I will DEFINITELY be doing business with them again!

At this moment, all I can say is that I'm very disappointed at how my projects were handled. There was absolutely no communication, no customer service provided other than my initial visit and when my husband went to tour the shop and was wanting to purchase additional marketing supply. Almost 2 and half weeks into printing labels and I have nothing other than a refund. Labels were printed 3x which I only received proof once. I provided label designs, hex colors, font name- basically everything. The only thing that needed to be done was move that work on to their software for printing quality. Apparently, they have a faulty machine and that's the reason for the delay. Which I understand, and it is why I've been extremely patient. However; prior to printing labels, I need proof to avoid anymore misspellings from the designer which I have yet to receive. Also, they mentioned the machine not working last week, and said, my labels would be ready next day. Today, I am told the machine broke and don't know when it will be repaired. They're blaming the machine for the delay, but meanwhile, I've been waiting since last Wednesday for proofs to approve printing. I've also been waiting on business cards which is completely a different project. They were fully aware of my deadlines, and didn't seem to respect them nor communicate that there's been a delay. I understand the customer service industry and it was very simple. Just send over proofs, say there's a machine not working etc and provide an update, and guess what, I have no choice, but to wait. However; not responding to my emails, ignoring my questions is not right, and now telling me that you've bent over backwards for me because I sat down with the designer 1 time, which I didn't see any design work, other me emailing him my work, and they waived that fee. Correction, fee isn't waived when I have a $45 designer charge. A customer sending over completed design via emails is not us working on designs together cause not once did I see that work. Over all, nice people but do lack communication and customer service. I was really looking forward to keeping all my business there. Unfortunately, for them it's easier to blame it on me, and the machine. Oh be aware, they spend a lot money on a portal that they don't even tell you about, so you can keep track of your work/progress. This is privately owned and can definitely affect the name of the franchise.

What a pleasure to work with real professionals regarding my sign order, which had an quick time frame requirement! Tracy and the staff was terrific! Great communication via phone and email. Call them for all your sign and banner needs. Fastsigns is fabulous!

I went to Fastsigns to create a sign for a law school event taking place the following day. The staff (Tracy in particular) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The sign turned out great and was priced reasonably. 10/10 would recommend and will always return to this location for my sign needs.

I came to this location to have a banner made for my company. Fantastic work for a great price, and the customer service was excellent. Steph (the owner) was so helpful and nice, I would definitely go to this Fast Signs location again.
